QUEZON CITY, June 25 (PIA)--Philippine National Police Chief, Police General Oscar David Albayalde has approved the designation of the new District Director of Eastern Police District and two other key positions in Police Regional Office 11 and Directorate for Research and Development.
In a special order signed by the Director for Personnel and Records Management, Police Major General Lyndon Cubos, Albayalde designated Police Brigadier General Nolasco K Bathan as District Director of EPD effective today, June 25.
Bathan was the former Deputy Regional Director for Administration, PRO11 and now replaced by Police Colonel Domingo S Cabillan who was previously assigned at the PNP Finance Service.
Albayalde also approved the new designation of Police Colonel Florendo C Quibuyen from the National Capital Region Police Office as Executive Officer of the Directorate for Research and Development upon the recommendation of the PNP Senior Officers Placement and Promotion Board (SOPPB)
Albayalde said that the latest round of reorganization of senior officers occupying key positions in national and regional police offices were prompted by the the administrative relief of former EPD Director and recent retirement of some senior PNP officials. (PIA InfoComm/PNP PIO)
