CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Nov. 7 --Students, professionals and the business sector will get the latest updates on technologies and innovations from Filipino scientists and young innovators for free at the Innovation Lounge (iLounge) on November 11-13, 2019 at Robinsons Place Valencia, Bukidnon.

The iLounge is both an exhibit and a fora.

Latest technologies from Filipino scientists will be exhibited along with the programs and services offered by Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-funded Technology Business Incubation Programs (TBI).

It will also serve as a venue for these TBIs to share on how science, technology and innovations can contribute to the betterment of community through startup projects from our young innovators.

Meanwhile, technology pitching will happen in the iLounge on the 12th.

Businessmen and investors are invited to notice and possibly fund or adopt technologies and innovations to promote equity and growth in the countryside.

Everyone can enjoy the exhibit while enjoying the food served by our DOST-SETUP proponents.

The iLounge is open for students, businessmen, young professionals, and anyone interested to know the latest innovations that can help the country today.

The iLounge is part of the celebration of the 2019 Regional Science and Technology Week of the DOST-10. This year's RSTW showcases the DOST's contribution to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). (Sheena Bayeta/DOST 10)
