QUEZON CITY, July 9 (PIA) - The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) suspended work and closed its main office located at the PICC, Pasay City starting July 9 until July 10.
This, after two outsourced personnel recently tested positive for COVID-19 in RT-PCR test.
SEC said its main office will undergo disinfection for the protection of its employees and the transacting public. It will post an advisory notice, upon the release of confirmatory test results of persons who had close contact with the confirmed cases.
Reopening of the SEC main office may commence on July 13, depending on the result of the confirmatory test for the close contact tracing
In accordance with the guidelines set by Civil Service Commission (CSC) to minimize disruption of the delivery of the service, the SEC will adopt an alternative work arrangement and continue receiving printed reports such as the Annual Financial Statement (ALF) and the General Information Sheet (GSI) and other documents through the SEC Express Nationwide Submission (SENS) facility at https://sens.secexpress.ph/ .
